Laboratory Pegboard
Alpha trade Bangladesh Pegboards provided by Total Lab Solutions, are injection molded from (High-Density PP) recycled polypropylene for structural rigidity, lighter weight, and ease of assembly. Alpha trade Bangladesh pegboards or drying racks are easy to clean, environmentally friendly and eliminates secondary contamination to hanging glassware.
This uniquely designed pegboard is currently available in both Black and Platinum Gray with pearl-gray pegs. To further increase design options, other board sizes and colors for pegboards/pegs will be available upon request based on minimum order requirements and mold changes.
Alpha Trade BD Pegboards feature high mobility and design flexibility. All pegs are front side-mounted and positioned at a 40-degree upright angle and are removable by lifting upward on the face of the board for cleaning or repositioning of pegs to accommodate larger glassware.
For laboratory space saving and better application, there are two optional pegboards:
The first is a back to back system for bench mounting and the second and more universally used is a single system for wall mounting. Each board is accompanied by mounting brackets or connecting brackets for stability for hanging purposes.

Patented Spill Slope galvanized steel shelves direct spills to back and bottom of a leakproof 2-in (51-mm) bottom sump. They adjust on 3-in (76-mm) centers for versatile storage. Cabinets also feature dual vents with flame arresters, four adjustable self-leveling feet, grounding connector, and trilingual warning label. Durable lead-free epoxy/polyester powder-coat finish provides excellent chemical resistance.
Manual-close door(s) opens to a full 180 degrees and self-latches when pushed closed. Self-close door(s) shuts and latches automatically when a fusible link melts at 165°F (74ºC) under fire conditions. Unique, concealed self-closing mechanism offers obstruction-free access to contents.
All door styles meet OSHA and NFPA 30; self-close door styles also meet NFPA 1 and the International Fire Code.
Most cabinets are FM approved and all come with a ten-year warranty.
