The structural design of SYSBEL’s under-counter flammable material safe storage cabinet meets the requirements of FM6050 standard, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.106 of the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the NFPA CODE 30 specification of the National Fire Protection Association of the United States. The cabinet has good fire resistance, which can well isolate and protect the dangerous chemicals in it in the event of a fire, giving the experimenters sufficient evacuation time and rescue time.

Undercounter Cabinet’s features and advantages:
1. The cabinet is a double-layer steel plate structure, which meets the requirements of FM6050 standard, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.106 of the American Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the NFPA CODE 30 specification of the National Fire Protection Association of the United States.
2. The rear of the cabinet is equipped with a ventilation device, which is convenient to be placed under the fume hood, and the rear is externally ventilated to effectively reduce the concentration of volatile substances in the cabinet and prevent fires.
3. SYSTEX three-point interlocking reduces friction or mechanical sparks and reduces static electricity accumulation.
4. The safety padlock configuration realizes double-lock management, which is in line with China’s “Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicalsâ€Â.
5. More than 2″ (51mm) deep leaking tank prevents leakage of liquid from overflowing, and meets the leaking specification.
6. The bottom skirting line is designed to facilitate the experimental operation of personnel and conform to human mechanics.
7. The unique anti-overflow laminate prevents accidental leakage of chemicals from overflowing. The laminate can be adjusted according to the modulus of 7.6cm to increase the space utilization rate.
8.The bottom mecanum wheel is convenient for moving and transporting the cabinet.
9. Users can choose to install an FM-approved anti-static device (sold separately) to direct static charge into the ground and reduce the risk of fire caused by static sparks.
